Depending on whether you look at European data or US data, the amount of clothing discarded per person annually comes to 33 pounds – 80 pounds.

Cashmere fibres often remain in reusable condition. In partnership with one of the finest cashmere mills in Italy, we ensure the finest cashmere remnants are handpicked and blended with premium virgin cashmere, crafting yarns of unparalleled luxury that promote sustainability, environmental stewardship, and carbon footprint reduction.

At JAKOB, we are deeply committed to excellence in every aspect of our creations, with a dual focus on customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. This ethos is evident not just in our designs, but also in our choice of a 'Made in Italy' production approach and the meticulous selection of 'Made in Prato' eco-cashmere yarn. We pay close attention to every detail, going to great lengths to source garment trims that align with our high standards. For instance, JAKOB's Corozo buttons are sourced from a historic, revitalized button factory in the UK. Similarly, all our labels are made in the UK and crafted from 100% natural cotton, reflecting our dedication to quality and sustainability.
