JAKOB is introducing a complimentary repair service for customers who have purchased a JAKOB knit, addressing issues like moth holes. We understand that moths can sometimes be persistent, even with careful storage, and we're here to help restore your knitwear to its best condition.

How does the free repair service work? *

JAKOB offers complimentary repair services through The Seam for your cashmere knitwear. If your knit needs repair, simply email us at info@jakobknitwear.com with the subject line “The Seam: Repair Service Request” and include photos of the repair. We will provide mailing instructions and handle the rest, though we might follow up with a few questions. The entire process, including repairs and shipping, may take 8-10 weeks.
